She has comprised a listing divided into several topics, containing the most frequently asked questions she receives along with her heart-felt answers.


SPIRIT COMMUNICATION

Q. What is the difference in an intuitive or psychic, and a medium?
A. It is often said that all spiritual mediums are intuitive or psychic, but not all intuitives or psychics are mediums.

An intuitive or psychic individual uses clairvoyant (clear vision), clairaudient (clear hearing), clairsentient (clear feeling), claircognizant (clear thinking) and Clairgustant (clear smelling) abilities to receive and convey messages related to a person’s past, present and future soul journey. Some intuitive or psychic individuals also have the ability to raise their awareness to perceive and interpret the aura and chakra energy systems.

A medium possesses intuitive or psychic abilities, and also has the ability to raise their vibrational energy level to a frequency that enables communication with guides, guardians and crossed over loved ones in the spirit world and Heavenly realm. Service as a medium is through conveying messages received from the spirit world, to those living here in the physical world.

Q. Does everyone have intuitive or psychic abilities?
A. While everyone is not intended to become a professional intuitive or psychic, we are all capable of and possess a degree of intuitive and psychic awareness. Some individuals display more developed extrasensory perceptions, while others may experience an occasional sense of knowing without any actual proof of knowing why. There are many beneficial methods available for developing psychic and intuitive abilities. All of which allow a closer alignment with Spirit and provide essential personal and spiritual growth elements to anyone's life.

Q. Can anyone be a Spiritual Medium?
A. We are all born with intuitive and psychic abilities, and we all have the capability of improving and developing awareness. Everyone also has the ability to connect with crossed over loved ones through the power of thought and within dream states. By learning to increase and raise our energies, we can also assist our loved ones in communicating more easily with us.

To actually work as a medium one must be ready to live a life of service. It takes dedication, compassion, patience, and time; and it is not something to be taken lightly. Service dedicated mediums often devote their entire lives to developing and refining their abilities.

Q. Do you always receive intuitive information and see spirits?
A. I cannot read minds, and since I am not always in a state of heightened awareness, I do not receive intuitive and psychic information from everyone that I am around or come in contact with.

I am able to receive intuitive information and perceive the aura and chakra energies by raising my awareness and with assistance from my spirit guides. It is also a common occurrence for me to see or hear from guides, guardians, and loved ones in spirit with people who are around me. However, unless someone has been led to me for the work and service that I do, I respect peoples privacy and normally do not come forward with unsolicited information. Over many years, I have learned that the information I receive from Spirit is divinely guided and only given for me to convey the messages through love, and for those that have made a personal choice to hear and know.

Q. Do spirits always communicate during a client session?
A. Spirits welcome the opportunity to communicate with their loved ones. And while I cannot guarantee communication with specific souls in the spirit world, I have yet to encounter an instance of not receiving information and messages from spirit during a client session.

Q. How do spirits communicate?
A. Spirits can communicate in a number of different ways. Some of the more common examples include sending thoughts telepathically to remind us of them, or appearing in the form of visions, and through smells that we associate with them, such as a special pipe tobacco or cologne fragrance. More highly evolved Spirits have the ability to move and or make objects appear, and due to their energetic make up they often influence electrical related systems.

Q. Why do spirits try to connect with us?
A. Love transcends all boundaries. And spirits on the other side still love us and want very much to share our lives. Spirits often acknowledge that they were around their loved ones during difficult times to lend their support and strength. Our loved ones in spirit are also often with us during holidays, special occasions, to see their children marry, or to witness the miracle of a baby’s birth. Most of all, they enjoy seeing us grow, being happy, and look forward to us coming home when our journey and lessons here are completed.

Q. Are spirits with us all the time?
A. Following a persons physical death, each soul undergoes what is referred to as a “recovery” or “transition” period from the physical state to the spiritual state. During this transitional period, spirits learn the process of lowering their vibration for making connections and communicating with us still here on the physical plane. Spirits are also not hindered by a physical body, and through telepathic abilities can be in more than one place, and with more than one person at a time. And yes, while it is true that our crossed over loved ones have the ability to be with us in spirit, they are not with us all of the time. They can and often are with us if we need them; however, they also respect our privacy and are not with us, when we prefer them not to be. Spirits are still learning and going through their own evolution progress, even in Heaven.

Q. Can spirits help us from the other side?
A. Our crossed over loved ones can still love, support, and even inspire us in spirit. However, they cannot interfere with the lessons we need to learn and cannot tell us what to do or assist in our choice of actions. We all have to make our own decisions and take responsibility for our choices and actions.

Q. Do spirits ever relay “bad news” messages?
A. In my service as a Messenger of Spirit, I do not control the information I receive. My role is merely to relay the information to the best of my abilities and as accurately as possible. If I am shown something or given a message that could be construed as “bad news”, it is usually given as a divinely guided wisdom. Souls in the spirit world want more than anything to prove that they still are part of our lives. They have no reason relay bad news or to predict doom, they are simply trying to help you understand that life does not end at physical death

Q. What are earth bound spirits?
A. An earth bound spirit is a person that has experienced physical death, and has yet to cross over into the light of the Heavenly realm. Spirits that are earth bound have sometimes either experienced a trauma related physical death, or have unresolved issues that keep them close to the earthly plane and from moving toward the light of the spiritual plane. Earth bound spirits are watched over and assisted by guides and Angels in making their eventual transition to the spirit world.

Q. Are there negative spirits?
A. We have been given the gift of free will. Through this gift, choices are made between positive and negative. In choosing negative, we move further away from the Divine Source and at physical death the soul then exists at a lower vibration and dwells in the lower levels of the spirit world. Spirits in the lower levels are still God’s children, and still given the choice to stay at the lower levels or to evolve. When lower level spirits make a choice to evolve further, they are assisted with the transition by specific Angels and spirit guides designated for that type of service.

Q. Do you ever come in contact with negative spirits?
A. I do not encounter negative spirits because I choose to surround myself in divine light and love in knowing that I am a child of God and my service is in the highest good. It is simply a choice between positive and negative or dark and light; and I choose positive and light in all that I am and do.

THE OTHER SIDE

Q. What and where is the other side?
A. The other side is also known as the spirit world and the Heavenly realm. It exists all around us. A thin layer, often referred to as a veil separates our physical world from the spirit world. The universe more vast than the human mind can conceive contains multi-dimensional worlds, all made up of energy. And, while energy itself is vibratory, each parallel aligned world vibrates to different energy frequencies. The physical world vibrates at a slower and more dense vibration, and the spirit world vibrates at a much higher frequency. The higher vibration of the spirit world is best described as the energetic frequency generated by light, and invisible to the human eye.

Q. Are there different levels in the spirit world?
A. I have been taught that there are seven levels in the spirit world of Heaven. Each level represents a level of spiritual evolution attained. Each physical incarnation is to assist us in our soul’s growth, and every lesson and experience we encounter here determines the level we go to when we leave the physical world. The means by which we achieve spiritual advancement is in continually striving to be compassionate, kind, and loving to ourselves and others.

Q. Do Angels really exist?
A. Yes, Angels really do exist and it is quite common place for people of all walks of life to openly share their personal experiences with what is considered to be Angel intervention. Angels are non-physical spiritual beings created by God to help sustain and assist in the spiritual evolution process of life. There a many different forms and groups of Angels that fulfill specific duties in service to God. Archangels are known to hold a higher vibrational energy than other forms of Angels. Every person also has a Guardian Angel to whom assistance, guidance, and protection is provided.

Q. What are Spirit Guides?
A. Spirit Guides are highly evolved souls who have experienced one or more physical being existences. Spirit Guides dwell in the seventh level of the spirit world and Heavenly realm. Through the process of obtaining this high degree of spiritual evolvement, a Spirit Guide may through service, choose a physical being to become a guide to. The physical being is known as a “chosen soul” and is usually not a family member. A Spirit Guide has often been with their chosen soul over many existences. Spirit Guides can often be seen, heard or sensed by their chosen soul. Spirit Guides have specific powers to provide support and guidance. However, they cannot interfere with choices made through the free will of a chosen soul.

Q. What are Spirit Guardians?
A. Spirit Guardians are also highly evolved souls who have usually experienced many physical existences, and have gained entrance into the sixth level of the spirit world and Heavenly realm. Evolved souls of this level are given the gift of choosing to become a Guardian to a family member still in physical existence. This type of service is to gain further evolution in spirit, and without having to enter into another physical incarnation. A Spirit Guardian provides support and guidance in many different ways, but also cannot interfere with choices made through free will.

LIFE BEYOND DEATH

Q. Is life really eternal?
A. I believe in and teach eternal life, immortality, and that the continuity of the soul is expanding and forever evolving through the gift and divine grace of God.

Q. What happens at death?
A. I believe and teach that life is eternal, and the physical body operates within a natural cycle of birth and death, and even though we exist within a physical body during our earthly existence, we are not just our body. We are the life that emanates from the spirit and soul within our body, and that life itself is infinite and immortal.

Prior to the process life existence as a body, we have pre-contracted for our soul to experience events, situations, relationships, and physical death within a lifetime in order to gain growth and knowledge of the life lessons that are needed to further advance spiritually. Upon the time of a soul’s earthly departure, we experience a physical death which is only the transition into another plane or level of existence; and there in God’s infinite light, and in spirit, is eternal life.

Q. How do we get to the spirit world?
A. Our initial encounter with the spirit world is at the immediate time of physical death and sometimes before, in instances of trauma. This initial spirit world encounter occurs in the tunnel of light, known as the “gateway.” The gateway progresses us further into the light, while we go through a transition to help in releasing our previous physical state. Once the other side is reached, we receive greetings from our loved ones that have crossed over prior. There a life review is experienced, and we gain wisdom into the lessons learned and the level of spiritual evolution that has been attained.

Q. How are we viewed during judgment?
A. I have been taught and firmly believe that we are not judged by our past. Instead, judgment is ascertained by the current level of spiritual awareness that we have evolved to at the time of our physical death, which is also the determining factor of the level we ascend to in Heaven.

Q. Do we really have past lives?
A. I believe that each soul enters into a physical life existence to further advance spiritual evolution. And in order to achieve further advancement, incarnations are placed into existence over many lifetimes.

Q. Does my religion or faith practice matter in Heaven?
A. I know that we all survive death, no matter what (if any) religion or faith we choose to believe or practice. I also know that it helps to follow some kind of faith, for its teachings to assist us when our time comes to cross over. I also believe we are all children of God, each moving at a different pace on the same path to our Heavenly home.

Q. What are your views on Heaven and Hell?
A. I believe and teach that Heaven does exist in the spirit world, and is experienced to the level of spiritual evolvement attained during our physical existence.

Hell on the other hand, is experienced here on Earth. Through the gifts of divine grace and free will, we can choose to create our own Heaven, or Hell here on Earth. We then take our choices made here, and the lessons we gain from them, with us to the next plane of existence in the spirit world.

Q. What are your views on suicide?
A. I believe and teach that life is eternal, and we cannot escape from our dilemmas or issues through the act of suicide. I do know that those who choose suicide go to heaven; and that those souls who have taken their own physical lives are usually regretful because of how those left behind are affected by their actions. During their life review, they are shown the differences they could have made in their own lives as well as the lives of others if they had chosen to stay.

During instances of my communication with these souls, there is sometimes someone who has passed before them, such as a family member or friend, who will come forward to help with the communication process. It is also my understanding that these spirits are going through an intricate process of learning and healing which sometimes minimizes their energetic ability to connect with the physical plane.

Prayer can help immensely with those on the other side who have taken their own lives. Prayer not only assists them in their process of learning and healing, and it also assists us in the grief we experience here.

Q. Do animals exist in the spirit world?
A. Within God’s divine creation, each and every living being has a spirit, even animals. We can still communicate with our pets in spirit through thoughts and dreams. Pets are also seen in spirit around their people and often come through during sessions. Crossed over loved ones also often come through in spirit with their beloved pet; or acknowledge that an animal belonging to you or someone close to you, is on the other side and being taken care of.
